Danielle Grebe RP (Q)
Meet Danielle Grebe
With a particular interest in supporting those experiencing anxiety and trauma, Danielle primarily uses a person-centered approach, complemented by elements of psychodynamic therapy. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients can share at their own pace. Danielle’s warmth, empathy, and openness create a comfortable environment where clients and Danielle work together to guide the therapeutic process at a pace that feels right for them.
Danielle is completing her practicum hours with Sarah Hammond and is in the process of applying for Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) status with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Education, and has completed her coursework in the Masters of Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University.
Danielle brings a strong background as an educator, which enhances her ability to connect with children and youth, especially those navigating emotional and developmental challenges. She has specialized training in EMDR & Parts Work for treating complex trauma and is currently pursuing further education in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and Legacy Burdens. Danielle is committed to ongoing professional development and integrates trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches into her practice.
Danielle believes everyone deserves access to therapy in a space free from judgment and stigma. Her goal is to help clients navigate challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and build confidence and resilience in their daily lives.

Sarah Hammond
(She/Her/Hers)
Meet Sarah
As a clinician, Sarah strives to create a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate environment as her client’s navigate and explore their lives. Sarah’s primary approach centers around Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. She has experience with all ages and has worked in various settings including hospitals, private practice, and outpatient programs.
Sarah holds a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Waterloo and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), is able to practice independently and has a diploma as an Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Assistant from Humber College.
Sarah has taken additional courses and training in dyadic developmental psychotherapy (DDP), Non-directive play-based expressive therapy including an introduction to sand tray, various other ACT and IFS training programs and informed experiential training. Additionally, she has her Trauma certification from Laurier University.
Primary focus: youth, young or older adult
struggling with anxiety, depression, managing intense emotions, going through a life transition, or have experienced physical/neurological injury.
